Working with the integration has given me plenty of understanding in business processes and technology. I can fluently discuss with the business leader and the programmer as well. I am acting as a bridge builder and interpreter. I have worked for both the customer and the vendor side in many demanding positions.
I am familiar with the providing and buying services. I will help identifying needs and making action plans and analysing the situation. I can create solution proposals as well as auditing activities and deliverables. Project manager’s position is familiar to me and acting in a role is result-oriented. I am leading the teams relying on my strong professional skills building the confidence. Service management processes are familiar to me as well and I can design services needed and participate service assessments and vendor evaluation.
